Trudy Vans teaches from personal experience. After five car accidents and two major spine operations left her in a wheelchair – Trudy knew something had to change.
Never being one to give up, she overcame impossible odds and is now ready to share her knowledge with the world.
How did an obese woman in a wheelchair learn to walk again, lose 40 kilos and gain her life back? More importantly, how can you do the same?
Trudy offers three types of back pain yoga classes, floor, seated and standing, to cover a range of mobility. Anyone with back pain can now begin their journey towards healing. Her core-based classes have great stretches and focus on listening to your body.
